Don't care about customers

Don't bother: they don't care about keeping customers. They have treated my elderly mother TERRIBLY. I closed my own account with these clowns in 2009, and the alleged bank manager on duty - some unsupervised teenager - smirked at me the whole time like it was his biggest accomplishment to run off customers!
