Disappointed

DISAPPOINTED! As a first time Home Buyer I can tell that I am extremely disappointed with Pulte homebuilder. Since we started last November we been dealing with delays and false promises that the house was going to be done by April-June time since it was a “quick move-in House”. The entire Pulte staff personnel starting from the sales consultant, construction manager are very unprofessional and keep giving us false promises. Its almost a year and they can’t give us a “real” closing date. Interested rate keep going up and we still have to deal with some detail they have to repair inside and outside the house. Definitely we should’ve consult with David Weekly and Highland Homes. IF YOU READ THIS POST, PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE MAKING BUSINESS WITH PULTE!!!! Read everyone reviews here too!
