Have had a horrible experience recently. Have been a red customer for many years and will now look to change. Had an extortionately large bill due to a gas leak, but no one can seem to tell me why the gas leak occurred and where the issue lies, instead I’m left with a massive bill to front with no reimbursement. Both AusNet and Red Energy keep passing me back and forth and can’t seem to give me an answer. Each time I call Red it also takes 1 hour of my day, and I don’t get any closer to a resolution.
