Still no refund. No one has contacted me to resolve the issue or to give me the audio I requested. I feel violated and ROBBED.
I purchased tickets from the Telecharge website. I selected the option where I would not be shown obstructed view seating. I was then sold seats with an obstructed view. When I called customer service I was told that they couldn't exchange the tickets. They could only refund me. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this and the representative then spoke with a supervisor for me. The representative told me that his supervisor would extend to me an agreement where I could exchange the seats and pay the difference. I had to call back with my credit card information but before I hung up I asked the rep to clarify exactly what I was told again. When I called back a different representative was very rude to me and told me that no one at Telecharge would have told me that and then was very condescending when she told me that she'd connect me with a manager so that they could explain to me the exact same thing. Long story short I requested an investigation on the first rep. I received an email saying that I was never told what I was in fact told. I have requested the audio from the call and will be taking this to the next level. I want to know what the first representative was planning to do when he was ready and willing to accept my credit card information. What kind of people are working g at Telecharge. I will never purchase from here again. Highway robbery!
