Terrible delivery

Terrible delivery! The courier left is with a neighbour without letting us know or leaving any notes. This was 5 days before the “arriving date” from the last email from Amazon. The delivery email did not say anything about the fact that it was not delivered to us. The courier has forgotten the correct address where s/he left it, so even when we started searching for it we were given the wrong address.
