The worst customer service

I've phoned customer service 10 times and never get the answer I want, the last straw was today when I was on hold for 15 mins then they hung up. The chat line is no better, although I did get an answer to where my order was, it was out of stock! even though they've taken my money and not let me know. I've been waiting 3 weeks for this item. If I could give no stars I would.
