Ordered a pair of sunglasses online, Chanel website was declining my card so used another one - for some reason I have been double charged! 2 days later my order was cancelled without stating the reason, its been a week already and still no refund.
Customer service is not responding, very disappointing experience. At this point I have no clue how long it will take them to process with the refund.
