1.5 hour wait in Noosa

1.5 hour wait in Noosa to purchase a mobile sim card so I did it by phone and the person connected my new sim card to a pre-paid plan so I cannot access the excess data on my account.
The call from Telstra to fix the problem failed to connect so I had to call them, I'm still on the phone and they have lost the $30 promised for the inconvenience .
