If u could put zero stars I would have. After more than 10 years of being a customer they still treat u same as someone who has just joined. Ridiculous late fees and now they make u pay straight up when u get a new ph and u still have to pay ur first payment in the first week of having said ph. They wouldn’t bundle this ph either so now it’s on a separate bill on its own. Looking back I should’ve walked away and tried somewhere else. I just needed the ph for work.
