I wouldn’t even give them one star if I could change it! Website was glitching and took 3 attempts to place order then when did realised packaging had defaulted back to eco, which I didn’t want. I immediately emailed and messaged but was in evening so no one available, so I started chat at 9am and told nothing they could do to help. Tried explaining situation and advisor sent me number to call and ended chat whilst I was still communicating. Called customer service and they would not help. They didn’t offer any solution and just kept saying nothing they could do.
