Pathetic refund excuses.

For a Virgin Aust. to take my money on booking, yet when the flight was canceled due to Covid, I was told I had to wait 60 days for my full refund.
Wakeup, it's a push of a button easy. All other firms refund immediately ..I just won't book with you ever again..
