I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for over 20 years. I upgrade to a new phone every 2 years. They used to be great. They had excellent customer service and unbeatable coverage. Now they have the absolute worst customer service and terrible coverage. I sit at my desk at work and the coverage goes from 5G to no coverage off and on all day. It is slow at work, slow with only 2 bars at my home. There is spotty coverage all over north Florida. I am now searching for a new carrier. I strongly recommend you not come to Verizon. They have really gotten to be terrible.
