the worst service i have ever had. i am an overseas customer - assorted phone numbers are advertised: most of which do not work, or leave you listening to recorded messages [at overseas rates] - the 'collect' call numbers are useless; collect calls are not accepted in Australia. the live chat is not effective and limited. There is no service for overseas clients.
