Most incompetent Customer service in banking history

I'm a new customer and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my details on hold and they couldn't provide it. Tried again another 1 hr on hold, they said my details are not yet set up.... depending on who you call you get different info. If it wasn't for my new home loan I would run from ANZ..
