Awful App, I'm switching banks

My word, what a useless app. Tyring to help an elderly relative who had forgotten login details. An hour on the app then 2 phone calls of 20 mins each and not much further forward. I have 4 accounts with different banks and have never experienced an app so awful as the HSBC app. I'm tempted to switch all my relatives accounts to a different bank.
