One additional star for how good their customer support was pre COVID. Now, I have called multiple times for a simple phone number update - which has rendered it impossible to use my account - and the call either hangs up after 30-40 minutes, or another occasion, the operator told me she couldn't hear me. I genuinely don't believe her and think it's them cutting corners due to lack of resource. Poor enough experience that I'll close my account.
