Such unprofessional and disappointing service. Cartier Sydney have had my watch for 5 months. Just wanted a new strap. Paid for a full service while I waited. Tried to get updated on progress so many times. Nobody cares to return calls or reply to emails. Went in to boutique twice last week to collect but it was lost in their move. Asked for it to be couriered to me but that proved impossible to arrange within the week. So frustrated with them. Do not leave anything with them.
