Cartier Customer Service Appalling

I bought my wife a Ballon Blue watch 3 years ago and has been in Cartier boutiques more time than my wife's wrist and this is no exaggeration, the watch has now been in Switzerland since August this year after having a new movement fitted in London and at 1st they reported there was no issue with it and then after apparent extensive testing they have found a fault and they need another 8 weeks to fix it which will then be 6 months to repair a watch, they are quite frankly a joke and I wish I had never bought this watch as a present and I wouldn't recommend Cartier to anyone. I have to keep contacting Cartier for updates they just don't care.
