Poor careless packaging, bad opening experience

Not very happy with my Christmas present. My fiancé bought me a Tiffany necklace for Christmas, 18k gold, I received necklace in a box and a pouch, chain was extremely tangled. Took my brother an hour to untangle the chain before I could properly look at it. Took the magic out of unwrapping, wouldn’t recommend or buy from Tiffany again.
