Promised a refund but never got it

After my flight was delayed and therefore I missed my other flight then I went through a lot of bureaucracy of complaining. Finally I received a confirmation that I would receive a 250 euro refund, but I never got the money. And now I don't even receive a response to my emails that I have send them. Truly awful service.!
