Received undercooked chicken from KFC

Received undercooked chicken from KFC marsh mills in Plymouth the chicken was pink. When I complained I was told I must be imagining it as their computerised machines cooked it and I was the only person who complained. I ate half of this chicken before I noticed some of it under the skin was pink and raw. My complaint was dealt with by the senior “care-sqaud”who tried to fob me off with a £15 voucher. My bill was over £18 they have stopped giving blue light discount aswell so I had to pay full price I am entitled to a refund I don’t want a voucher the thought of ever eating KFC after this incident makes me feel nauseated vile customer service and vile food standards
