I flew from Frankfurt to Sydney via San Francisco, so two long haul flights. I paid big money for business class but I'm afraid it felt like a budget airline. I've only flown Qantas and Emirates Business until this time - they were amazing. But this experience was awful. The food was abysmal, the service so half-hearted, and almost rude, offhand flight attendants on the San Francisco to Sydney leg. They all seemed confused and dysfunctional. Also poor choice of movies and tv shows. Never again!!!
