I placed an order online one month ago, and until now I haven't received any update (showing 3-5 estimated delivery days). I contacted online customer service to track my order a few times. The 1st time I was told my order is fully shipped, but will also send me an update within 48 hours. Ofc I got nth after.
One week passed, and I reached the online service again. I was told the same story but promised to get me an update within 24 hours. I got no update again.
I contacted online service a few days after and was told my order has been lost in transit. it seems they don't care about the customer and is lacking a sense of responsibility.
