Purchased bag whilst on holiday in Milan in June. Paid £1800. It was an anniversary present so I’ve only just started using it. 5 times in total whilst on our Uk holiday. The strap snapped on 5th day so took it in to Sloane street. They would not exchange the bag insisting the strap would be sent off for repair and would take 2 weeks. I cannot believe this is acceptable customer service. I’m left with a bag that I now have to carry by the handle , subjecting it to damage by greasy hands as I have no other bag to use on holiday. I would have expected better customer service. I cannot believe I have spent this much to have a bag break in so little a time
