I have had a large parcel sent through Mainfreight. It's now been 10 days of it sitting in their depot. No phone call from them. When phoning them myself they have told me I can either come to pick it up myself or it will not be delivered for at least another two weeks or more. If you can, definitely choose another company. Such poor customer service business should be allowed to wither away.
