On time delivery, terrible service wouldn't recommend

Received package on date expected and called me one hour prior to delivery to inform of arrival which was great. The issue was that it was one delivery driver only dropping off a very large parcel that weighed 75 kilos. The only way to receive the parcel was by helping him carry it up numerous steps to the property in the pouring rain whilst also juggling a 2 year old. Given the expense (over $200 on shipping) and size of the delivery I would have expected better. Shame on the company for putting the driver in this situation. If they need assistance with the delivery they should give you prior warning at least. Would not recommend
