Australia's worst company. Beware!

2nd time using Kogan, I know I should have learnt my lesson the first time. This time I ordered a travel suitcase for a trip. Kogan website stated deliver would be within 5 business days. Item took nearly 3 weeks to get here which was of no use to me as it arrived after a planned trip for which I had to borrow a suitcase form a friend. Messaging their 'customer service' is beyond useless as they will only tell you what they want...please be patient, your item will arrive blah blah. At to point did they actually try to resolve anything. Kogan will never ever get my business again. I would rather pay a little more and deal with a more reliable and trustworthy company. Buyer beware!!!
