I was told this process could take up to 14 days but after 2 weeks I still hadn’t received an update. I sent an email to follow up and was advised that they had fixed my vacuum cleaner and were sending it back out. This was not discussed as a possibility and I had already purchased a new vacuum from a different supplier.
Email is the only form of communication as they don’t have a phone number to call. This is extremely frustrating as it takes days to get a response.
I have since sent 3 emails over 2 days and am yet to hear a response. I would like them to honour the original agreement and issue the refund but this doesn’t seem likely at this stage.
The customer service is appalling and they continually change the agreed upon arrangements without updates.
Avoid purchasing expensive items from this place as it’ll cause nothing but headaches!
