Online states 3-5 business days. On 4th day order still sitting as a new order not processed. Went into store to purchase told to call straight away to cancel order as not processed. I was leaving the country I told them. Order still processed sent out to parcel point pick up. Won’t credit me for order until parcel point returns order to them. Parcel point told me they are unable to return items a courier drops only they need to send a courier back to pick order up. Every time I call a representative they repeat the same lines, give me instructions which I do. They then tell me to call them back & they will sort out. I have been getting the run away from them for nearly 3 weeks.
