The worst customer service I’ve ever received from any Australian business. Ordered the wrong size for a gift, contacted them immediately asking for the correct size to be sent instead. I then received a reply from them to say we don’t cancel/amend orders at all so we’re sending the item to you. You will have to send the item back at my expense for a refund. When you had not even sent the item yet. Customer service are robotic and careless. I wouldn’t buy a single thing from them and going by the other reviews.. NEITHER SHOULD YOU!
