Why does Amazon continue to use this courier? My goods never arrived. Never had this problem before. All attempts to ring/email/contact Couriers Please were futile. They need to be investigated. It is laughable the way they respond to every complaint by saying "we're sorry to hear about your situation' If you have an issue with Couriers Please you will only ever be serviced by a bot.
