9 orders sat in drivers vehicle for over 24 hours

9 Orders were picked up at 2:30pm on the 20th Feb and they have sat in the drivers vehicle for over 24 hours and have just been scanned into the depot at 4:00pm today the 21st Feb (the depot is 20minutes away)

so not one order will arrive within the E.T.A timeframe.

Surely this cannot be acceptable service from startrack
