Terribly build quality and one to stay away from. I look forward to selling this and buying a proper bike. I just wanted something to ride with my kids!

Bought the bike based on previous reviews, but the 2021 model is cheap and nasty. Had the bike since November and have only been able to ride 4 times because of faults. Firstly it had metal shavings in the rim and a fork screw that someone had left in there too, causing a flat on the second ride. It also sounded like the crank arms were about to snap off. Bike shop had to re position the back wheel as it was rubbing and re-do the gearing set up. The supplier paid for that. 2 min down the road after picking it up the noise in the crank became unbearably loud and sounded dangerous. After showing the video to the supplier they have sent a replacement crank, crank arm and bottom bracket.
