Bought a 2019 chair. PU has started to peel significantly. Secret Lab knowing this started using what they call PU 2.0. Warranty doesn't cover poor materials, customer service blames the user for excessive sitting. Who would have thought you would use a chair for sitting in.

Offered to replace however at a cost. On principle wouldn't give them any more money for a product they acknowledge wasn't up to standard.
