The store is great, the app is terrible

The store is great, but the app is terrible. Two days ago, it took 15 minutes to order bc of all the "errors" from the app. Today, I am on a half hour and counting. Good business. Worst app in the food service industry. It glitches every step of the way. Not the phone. It is the app.
