Terrible Load time

Nice staff but the wait time to be loaded is terrible. Appt 12:15 I arrived 11:00. Got door immediately but I’ve been sitting with green light it’s now 15:00
I could have gotten down the road a bit to receiver. Now I need a new trip plan…
