I am giving Officeworks a 1 star rating for their complete lack of care when packaging products for shipping! They make very little effort to package items ordered online so that they will be protected when shipped. I have had orders which are not packed at all or else knocking around in a large cardboard box with no wrapping and they arrive scratched, dented and damaged. I have raised this problem with their online store several times but they still do not package orders properly! I will only shop online with them as a last resort!
