Terrible experience with Coles

Terrible experience with Coles, never buy anything with them online again . It's being over a month now I have not received my refund. Customer service struggles to explain and payment department not available. I have waiting for over a month now. Everytime I call payment department not available to talk to.i dont know how am I gonna get my refund back.....
