Ordered an apple gift card - horrible situation

I ordered an apple gift card which should arrive within 1 hour via email. Nothing arrived after 6 hours and when I told them to cancel the order they sent it out. It has been useless at that point and now they do not reply at all regarding the refund. Never again.
