Failed to honour appointment

Lennar, failed to honour an appointment. Their customer service, once the scan code entry process was inoperable was the worst. Lennar, sales reps and I communicated late 2022. I was out of the country, and they were well aware I returned a couple weeks ago. Anyway, Lennar is certainly off my builder's list. I rode rideshare, from. Las Vegas to Henderson...and traveled thousands of miles...Lennar is simply not customer focused or professional.
