Hopeless customer service, been on hold since Christmas...The recorded message asks that customers show respect for Red Energy staff, but seems to be too much for Red Energy to return the favour to their customers... ...As for the reply below from Red Energy, clearly this IS the level of customer service (they) aim to provide...otherwise you wouldn't have the long long list of similar complaints below!
