Have desktop PC runningWindows7. Purchased key for Windows 11 to find I needed Windows 10 first. Purchased Windows 10 key and experienced error code during download. Followed online "support" to no avail. After several hours of frustration I have 2 useless Windows keys with no credible support and no options to return or submit for reimbursement. Tantamount to theft.
