Prime or standard parcels either don't

Prime or standard parcels either don't arrive, are late or delivery options are not followed. Consistently disappointed with the service provided. Options for customer services do not include enough options and its hard to actually speak to a person to resolve issues. Very fed up! However not quite as bad as ebay at this point!
