Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering a Christmas hamper. Delivery delayed or ‘attempted’ 3 times now and now told my Christmas hamper will arrive in January! Customer service at Costco rude, unhelpful and telling me that I need to wait for the hamper to be delivered before they will refund my money or cancel! What if it never arrives? Do I lose my money???
