Always later than promised

Item was 30 minutes away at a sorting center and was supposed to arrive on time. Then all of a sudden its a state away and all the customer service rep said was that as a residential delivery they technically have another 2 days.

Not a single FedEx Package Ive ever order has actually showed up on time with the day they provide. Need to be more honest with timeframe if theyre going to continue ‘cost saving’ practices at customer expense.
