After receiving a text the 2-day air letter I was waiting on would arrive before 8 pm Monday, January 16th. most likely between 8:40 am and 12:40 pm but at 8:00 pm no package text and tracking still says it will be delivered before 8:00 pm after 5 calls to get past automated system which is trash and useless. The representative said on it was changed to Tuesday due to WEATHER but the weather was beautiful 75° no rain very nice mild breeze. Today is Tuesday still no package tracking still says rescheduled. Will never use again this is the 2nd time this has happened.
