I’ve tried for over 3 weeks to get through to the telephone number on the website only to be on hold for up to an hour and when I get to “number 1” in the queue the phone goes dead or an automated message says there are no staff available. I’ve also emailed them six times over last few weeks asking for a reply at the very least but guess what? Nothing. This is not the way to treat customers, a prestigious company like Chanel should have a reputation to be proud of, but no, absolutely not in my experience.
