Terrible start

Were new tenets and are off to an awful start. They’ve bailed on the orientation walk through twice now. We entered the home with a falling over fence, broken railing and a shower that pours water into the garage and it’s been months with no repair. Can’t wait for them to nickel and dime us on the way meanwhile they let us into a train wreck and left us to suffer in it.
