Express delivery... what a joke!

Paid for express postage, which was supposed to be 3 -5 days as per Aus post email. Package arrived to sorting centre 10mins away from me 5 days ago, BUT package won't be delivered for another 4 days. What's the point of express delivery when packages are delivered same as standard post? What a rip off. And yes, I'm still waiting 9 days later. No, you cannot pick up your package from the sorting centre
