Poor customer service from Dior

I purchased items from dior online and although I was happy with the products I was very disappointed that it didn’t come in the complimentary gift box. I contacted dior and the reply was I didn’t correctly add it on the order unfortunately I didn’t notice that I had to add it as complimentary in my books means to me that it would automatically be included. I found dior customer service disappointing.
